She also led acquisitions and divestures in countries including Argentina, Denmark, Chile and Italy, where she managed all steps of transactions, from inception through due diligence, agreements and closing.In addition, Ann has worked in the corporate environment to address women’s issues, including pay equality. She is also an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.A member of the Delaware Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, Ann enjoys traveling to explore the world’s top golf courses, as well as to any location where Bruce Springsteen is performing. A recent trip took her to Myanmar, where she did a cross-country bike tour solo.Ann is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law.
