Avery Pardee is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Avery acts as an outside Title IX and student conduct investigator, hearing chair, and appellate chair for colleges and universities. She is on the United Educators’ list of approved sexual misconduct investigators. She separately advises colleges and universities, faculty members, and students on sensitive matters.
