Dr. Fabian Landscheidt was admitted to the bar in 2018 and has joined the "Trademarks, Designs and Competition Law" department of VOSSIUS in Berlin since 2019.His main practice areas include the development of customized trade mark and design prosecution, litigation and licensing strategies. He also advices clients in all areas of unfair competition law including brand management, advertising campaigns and e-commerce.Dr. Landscheidt not only advises international and EU-wide operating companies from e.g. the food industry, the clothing sector and the field of information technology, but also national and regional businesses in their start-up and growth phase.Previously, Dr. Landscheidt worked in the trademark and competition law practice group of a major international law firm and in an IP-boutique in Düsseldorf specializing in patent litigation proceedings.Dr. Landscheidt studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. As part of his legal clerkship, he worked in the Civil Chamber for Name and Trademark Law of the Düsseldorf Regional Court and in the Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeiting Department of the European Commission (DG GROW) in Brussels.Dr. Landscheidt is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the MARQUES, the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) as well as the UNION of European Practitioners in Intellectual Property (UNION-IP).
