During his legal clerkship and dissertation period, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Public Law, International Law and European Union Law at the University of Münster.In 1999, he obtained a doctorate”on the subject of “Protection against Dismissal in Corporate Transformations”, during which he was supported by the State of North Rhine-Westphalia’s fund for highly gifted students and a graduate scholarship. He has been working as a lawyer since 1999.Dr. Nacke joined ZENK in 2000.He spezializes in real estate and real estate management law, advising on and assisting with real estate transactions, commercial tenancy agreements, land law matters and general contract law. He also advises on construction and architectural law.
