John Fiddick joined Whitelaw Twining in 2012 as Litigation Counsel and the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group. His practice involves a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters with a particular emphasis on insolvency and restructuring matters. He regularly represents senior and subordinate lenders, trustees and receivers and debtors in complex, multi-party litigation. These matters often involve the enforcement of security or court judgements. He has represented shareholders, joint venture partners, general and limited partners, directors and officers and creditors in complex matters relating to allegations of oppressive conduct and derivative actions for wrongs done to both publicly-traded and private companies. John has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has extensive experience in commercial arbitrations and mediations.
