He has a Maritime Law Specialization Certificate from Tulane University Law School and is actively engaged in transportation litigation involving personal injury and death, whether on the high seas or on the highways of America, and also represents families in asbestos (mesothelioma) litigation against employers and product manufacturers.Joshua is admitted to practice law in Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Washington and Alaska and has been admitted "pro hac vice" in West Virginia and other states.
