About Katherine
Katherine Herbert is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Katie’s practice focuses primarily on assisting public and private company clients with a variety of corporate matters, including stock and asset mergers and acquisitions transactions, conversions, consolidations, dispositions, internal reorganizations/restructurings, and private equity transactions. Katie also advises on corporate governance matters and disclosure requirements of the securities laws and trading markets, including the review and filing of proxy statements; annual, quarterly, and current reports; and press releases. While attending the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Katie served as managing editor of Volume 78 of the Louisiana Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and was an academic tutor.
