About Kelley
Kelley Galica Peck is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group and is the Principal in Charge of the West Hartford office. Kelley focuses her practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and probate law. Kelley has significant experience working with individuals and families to plan for the management, protection, and transfer of wealth, including succession planning for owners of closely-held businesses. She handles complex charitable gift planning, estate planning for nontraditional families, planning for protection and preservation of assets, and estate, gift and income tax return preparation and review. Kelley also represents individual and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate courts.
