Manuel Farach advises clients in complex real estate and business matters with a focus on real estate and creditor’s rights work. He has worked extensively on real estate matters, including complex appellate and litigation matters, and real estate transactions running the gamut from leasing, purchases, sales, and construction to development deals for entities in the hospitality and other industries. Manny is board certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate Law, Business Litigation, and Appellate Law, one of only 15 members of The Florida Bar who are simultaneously certified in three areas of practice.In addition to his real estate work, Manny has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in both transactions and litigation, including bankruptcy and complex foreclosure litigation. He served as outside general counsel for a savings and loan association and has counseled government entities involved in the financial sector including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC).Manny serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, has significant FINRA arbitration experience, and is certified as a Florida Supreme Court approved mediator. He previously served as a Foreclosure Commissioner for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).Manny is a regular speaker on topics as diverse as real estate law, business litigation, technology law, and professionalism.
