Recent transactions include those on behalf of BCP portfolio companies Aventia, in its acquisition of St.Germain, and Grace Design Studios, in its acquisition of CRGA Design.Prior to the company's recent sale, Marina was also a member of the Fishman Haygood team representing H&E Equipment Services (NASDAQ: HEES), one of the nation’s largest rental equipment companies, in various mergers and acquisitions. Transactions for this Baton Rouge-based company spanned the country, including deals in California, Arizona, and Montana.Marina received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Paul M.
