Matthew chairs our Business Law Group. His corporate experience includes the successful completion of numerous complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, management buyouts and private equity-sponsored deals. He provides sound advice in all matters related to general corporate governance and shareholder disputes. Matt also acts as counsel to major banks, other financial institutions, original equipment manufacturers and borrowers in matters related to bank financing and secured lending.
