Nadia Jandali Chao is a trusted and strategic adviser on matters relating to privacy compliance, commercial agreements, risk management, and corporate governance. She brings a unique and well-rounded perspective having spent years in a top-tier civil litigation practice before transitioning to in-house corporate law and business management roles, in both the private and public sector.Nadia advises clients on a variety of corporate and privacy matters, including privacy program management (e.g., risk assessments, policies and procedures, training, governance), data sharing agreements, communications with regulators, incident management and response, and access to information requests. She has also served clients as a Fractional General Counsel and/or Privacy Officer.Nadia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada), issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and working towards a Master of Laws in Privacy and Cybersecurity from Osgoode Hall Law School.
