About Nathan
Nathan Lapper is a senior associate on the litigation and disputes team, with experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including issues related to breach of contract, negligence, corporate and societies oppression, and real estate and leasing disputes. Mr. Lapper also has experience in public and administrative law, regulatory enforcement and expropriation, including having acted on behalf of multiple local governments, regional districts, health authorities, and public utilities in both British Columbia and the Yukon. Mr. Lapper has experience in commercial arbitrations and mediations, as well as both trial and appellate litigation, having appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before the Yukon Supreme Court and a number of administrative tribunals. Mr. Lapper is active in the legal community, having previously served as the vice-chair of the Civil Litigation Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association in Vancouver, as a regular volunteer for Access Pro-Bono, and a current member of the Advocates Club. Mr. Lapper has also presented lectures to lawyers and other professionals on a variety of legal issues, particularly in the area of municipal and public law.
