Lawyer to the Paris Bar since 2006, Olivier Hayat practised in Parisian law firms specialising in IT, media and distribution law. In 2014, Olivier founded his law firm dedicated to digital and intellectual property law.Olivier practises information technology law, both in counselling and litigation, and focus his expertise on IT project negotiations, personal data (GDPR compliance and assistance to CNIL control) and also intellectual property and communication law. He has a diversified clientele, from start-ups to large accounts, and in particular, on the client side, for recognised players in the luxury goods and press sectors and, on the service provider side, for integrators and advertising agencies.Outside the firm, he runs legal training courses in these areas with incubators and is a lecturer in digital law at the University of Paris-Diderot (Paris VII). He is a member of professional associations such as AFCDP, the French Association of Personal Data Protection Correspondents, and AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers.
