R. Guy Taft is a seasoned Cincinnati commercial litigator with extensive experience representing clients across Ohio in complex disputes involving intellectual property, unlawful competition, breach of contract, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, advertising and First Amendment issues, employment law, product liability, health care, and commercial real estate. His intellectual property litigation background includes patent, trademark, copyright, and counterfeiting matters.
