Richard heads up the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Law Team at Cox Yeats. He also focuses on all aspects of Business Law. Richard is a committee member of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa and conducts adjudications and arbitrations in the field of Construction and Engineering Law and Business Law. He is a member of the International Bar Association Committee on International Construction Projects. He is also a member of the Maritime Lawyers Association and a Commissioner in the Small Claims Court. He joined the firm in 1998.
