He has also lectured on multistate tax issues.Roy lives in Freeport with his wife and two daughters. He has been actively involved in youth soccer having served as a coach and member of the Board of Directors of the Freeport United Soccer Club. He has twice completed the Mount Washington Auto Road Bicycle Hillclimb, considered by many to be the toughest hill climb in the world.
