Having represented railroads for over 30 years, I have particular experience in the railroad industry and have won numerous verdicts and dispositive motions for my clients.My labor and employment practice includes the defense of clients in connection with claims of race, gender and disability discrimination and harassment. My practice also includes the defense of class action litigation in both the health care industry and consumer affairs. This includes the defense of FLSA claims commenced against one of Buffalo’s leading hospital networks.In addition to my work with clients, I serve on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. It’s here working alongside colleagues where I gain a broader insight into industry challenges and how we can best affect change.
