Tim is also a proud alumni of the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree graduating cum laude in 2011.Tim is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Tim is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Tim has been selected to Upstate New York's "Rising Stars" by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.Tim takes pride in volunteering in the community as a youth football and basketball coach alongside his two sons.
