Veronica Garofoli focuses her practice in the areas of probate litigation, probate and estate administration, and estate planning. She provides representation for issues that can complicate the settling of an estate or trust, such as probate and trust disputes involving will contests, charges of undue influence, and breach of fiduciary duty actions. She also advises fiduciaries and families in guardianship, trust, and estate administrations.Veronica is experienced in reviewing, designing, and implementing tailored estate plans for clients. Additionally, she counsels clients on corporate matters, entity structure and formation, real estate issues, and contract negotiations. Her experience as a law clerk at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, and the Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth Appellate District, has given her a unique insight into the judicial system, allowing her to better advocate for her clients.Veronica received her J.D. from the Cleveland State University College of Law in 2015. She is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts.
