About Brandon
Brandon M. Hill’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders, borrowers and investors in interim, permanent, tax-exempt bond, reserve-based, construction, and other types of financing transactions, whether secured or unsecured. His public finance practice includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and bank’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financings for municipalities and non-profit entities including school districts, cities, counties, universities, special districts, and others. Mr. Hill has extensive experience representing clients in connection with loans secured by or involving real property, including industrial, office, multi-family, retail, oil and gas properties, and other commercial projects. His experience also includes representing lenders in foreclosure proceedings and loan servicers in all phases of loan servicing, including loan modifications, loan assumptions, loan sales, and REO sales.
