Kylie Rahl is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Finance practice groups. Kylie graduated first in her class from Texas Tech University School of Law. Ms. Rahl’s real estate practice includes assisting in the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of various commercial assets including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Her practice involves the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, deed and use restrictions, and the review of title documents, surveys, and other due diligence items. She also has experience in commercial and retail leasing matters, and zoning and land use.Ms. Rahl’s finance practice involves assisting in the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with both unsecured loans and loans secured by or involving real property, including office, multi-family, retail, oil and gas properties, and other commercial properties.
