Danny has worked on cases involving some of Ontario’s most complex infrastructure projects, including most recently the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, the expansion of Hwy 427 and the Ottawa Combined Sewage Stormwater tunnel.Danny frequently appears before all levels of court in Ontario and before arbitral and regulatory tribunals as lead counsel. He has extensive experience with real-time litigation, including bringing and defending injunctions.
